Le Convivial - Wine and Spa Experience Suites

Arrived at the Convivial on 8/29/2024. A sign said to call a cell phone, no one around. Not a good start for a place named "convivial". Someone came down and showed us a room with stained carpets, stained curtains, stained towels, dark bathroom that wasn't clean. Carpeted stairs had stains. The carpets everywhere looked worn and not vacuumed. The doors to the rooms were plain wooden doors you might have in your house. One of them had a crack in it that you could see light come through. Not secure at all. The lobby was dark and the couch had a dark stain, as if someone had wiped greasy hands on it. No "luxury" here. There is a courtyard with a small pool that had not been cleaned for a long time. The walls below water were dirty. There were debris floating on the water and there was no filtration pump going. There were droppings on the pavement and the few tables/chairs were covered with dust. Not "spa" like either. The receptionist showed us three rooms and they were all in similar conditions. We spoke with the owner and they refused to refund our money. They offered to clean the room. I was disgusted and wouldn't sleep there even at no charge. I had to find another place to stay. I complained to *******. They tried to get in touch with the owner. The owner didn't answer the calls, ******* did not approve a refund. This is the cancellation policy of 24 hours prior, but it seems there is no protection against false advertising. This place has been neglected for some time.

This boutique hotel is a very special place with very nice and service minded staff. The atmosphere is calm and the interior beautiful and relaxing. We had a nice breakfast by the pool and a cooling swing before leaving this beautiful place.

Amazing boutique family hotel with great romantic ❤️ room and amenities The guests are treated like royalty by the chef and the manager and Ofcourse by the owners Super locations with proximity to beach and square with many Cafe restaurants nearby serving great Greek cuisine

Wonderful atmosphere and personally attentive staff always smiling and giving attention to all details..the owners very attentive to our requirements..great food and wines ..also the decor for the room was exclusive. Will go again soon

Εξαιρετική ολιστική εξυπηρέτηση σε εξαιρετική σχέση τιμής – ποιότητας. Θερμές ευχαριστίες στο χαμογελαστό Kapi … μην χάσετε το δείπνο που ταιριάζει απόλυτα (wine pairing) με μια αρκετά προσεγμένη τοπική wine list με αρκετές – αρκετές δυσεύρετες ετικέτες στην Απόλυτη σχέση τιμής – ποιότητας για τους ψαγμένους οίνο φίλους … Αξίζει να συμπεριληφθούμε στη φανατική επαναλαμβανόμενη πελατεία και να ξανά – επισκεφτούμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ξανά σύντομα…

Χρειάστηκε να μείνουμε μια βραδιά σε ετούτο τον υπέροχο χώρο, μετά από μια επαγγελματική υποχρέωση!! Η φιλοξενία, η ποιότητα του φαγητού, η καθαριότητα του δωματίου και του κοινοχρηστου χώρου αλλά κυρίως η αύρα και το χαμόγελο της οικοδέσποινας, μας έκανε να ξαναπάμε 2 συνεχόμενα ΣΚ όπου περάσαμε καταπληκτικά. Σίγουρα θα επανέλθουμε σε τούτον τον Παράδεισο γιατί για μένα εκεί βρίσκω ηρεμία, γλυκά,γαλήνη,ποιότητα ανθρώπου και υπηρεσιών.. Χιλια ευχαριστώ!!
